As a global leader in technology, Samsung is known for its innovation and strong presence in the electronics market. For Samsung LATAM, the challenge was to improve product visibility in search results and turn more visitors into buyers. By focusing on content optimisation and building authority, the goal was to deliver an enhanced user experience and measurable business outcomes.

Optimising for Success and Building Digital Authority

To identify business opportunities and set clear targets, we employed advanced SEO tools, including Botify, Linkdex, Moz, AHRefs, SemRush, and Google Search Console. With a team of specialists in technology, content, reputation, user experience, data analysis, and communication, we implemented the SEO Inverted Pyramid methodology, ensuring a structured and effective approach.

Our efforts centred on optimising product pages and informational content across key categories. For 4K and 8K TVs, we improved FAQs, H1 tags, and support texts, while applying similar adjustments to pages organised by TV size to refine search experience. Custom buying guides were developed and translated for TVs, soundbars, and monitors.

Ongoing monitoring of meta titles and descriptions allowed us to make strategic recommendations for optimising these tags, ensuring effective keyword use and an improved user experience. To boost URL authority, we implemented internal links within the Samsung Newsroom, targeting a range of product lines, including smartphones, tablets, smart TVs, Galaxy AI devices, and SmartThings.
